Property no 1

Contains an old house with two floors and a basement. On the second floor there is three bedrooms, on the first floor kitchen and a sitting room. The basement is used for storage. There is also a large shed.

There is no electricity or plumbing. We get water from a well outside, use gas for cooking and wood fuel stove for warming. Installing electricity will be no problem.
